The Digital Transformation Support Pilot Program is a crucial funding initiative provided by the government for Hong Kong SMEs. This program, targeting the food and retail industries, aims to assist businesses in implementing ready-to-use basic digital technology solutions.

Electronic Payments and In-Store Sales
This solution aids businesses in automating payment processes and calculations while supporting electronic payments, expanding new revenue streams.
Online Promotion
This solution aims to assist businesses in establishing an online presence, including website creation, social media promotion, and search engine optimization.
Customer Management and Loyalty Systems
Solutions in this category provide customer support, promotional activities, and reporting functions, enabling businesses to more effectively manage sales activities and customer information.
The government has allocated HKD 500 million for this program, providing funding of up to HKD 50,000 in a one-to-one matching manner for each eligible applicant. However, applicants are required to contribute at least half of the total cost of the adopted solution.
